Roger & Dolly Velasquez met and married while attending LIFE Bible College in Los Angeles, California. They pastored in New Mexico for 4 years before moving to Oklahoma City in 1980. Roger has served Shekinah Fellowship Church since 1980 and as Senior Pastor since 1983.
