Meet Roger & Dolly Velasquez.
Roger & Dolly Velasquez met and married while attending LIFE Bible College in Los Angeles, California.
They moved to Oklahoma City in 1980. Roger has served Shekinah Fellowship Church since 1980 and as Senior Pastor since 1983.
